You will love the tranquility of the area as well as the resort-style amenities of Kulalani’s recreational center, including a large swimming pool with a spa and a 2-lane lap pool for adults only. A pavilion area provides space to relax with your snacks; a large BBQ grill & small refrigerator are available.
Kulalani’s fitness center includes a spa, aerobic equipment, a selection of weight/resistant machines & free weights.
Entering from ground level you have the ideal gathering space in the central part of the unit, with the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room all feeding out to the large lanai, where you will undoubtedly spend most of your time. The well-appointed and stocked kitchen will satisfy any chefs at your party.
The covered lanai is equipped with your BBQ grill, comfortable sitting areas, and a table where you will want to spend time relaxing with a coffee or cocktail in hand. You also have the convenience of a powder bath, laundry room, and garage access on this level of your home.
The upstairs level has two master bedrooms perfectly set up for two couples or a family of four, each with en-suite bathrooms. The main master is a retreat on its own! It has a king-sized bed, office area, large walk-through closet, inviting spa-like bathroom, and a generous lanai. The second master has a queen-sized bed with a bath and the sofa in the living room can be used as a pullout bed as well.
This home comes equipped with free WiFi, central air, and useful beach equipment such as a guidebook, umbrella, cooler, beach towels, beach wagon and Tommy Bahama beach chairs.
We also provide many other useful items such as laundry and dish soap, shampoo and body wash and paper products.
The close proximity to Holoholokai beach park where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and whale watching in season might become a new favorite spot. This neighborhood provides an ideal home base for exploring the Big Island and having somewhere you look forward to coming home to each day. Mauna Lani has everything you need to enjoy your time if staying close to home is your ideal vacation.
Mauna Lani Resort offers many amenities to enjoy including two 18 hole championship golf courses, biking and hiking trails and The Shops at Mauna Lani with various shops and restaurants. As our Guest, you will have access to the private Owner's Beach Club and Napua restaurant. Enjoy the trails, easy beach access, paddle boarding and excellent snorkeling at this location.

Nice place to stay. Most importantly, the ocean club beach and restaurant, plus other beach access at Holoholokai and 49 Black Sand, are nearby for the reason you come here. The unit is clean, comfortable, well equipped and well located, across from the pools. Two large en-suites bedrooms are good for two couples. There's a gas grill on the petite lanai, but the inside table is large enough for everyone.

Loved it! A very nice unit in one of our favorite places, Kulalani in the Mauna Lani Resort. The unit is well furnished, very comfortable and management has gone out of its way to make sure that everything is fully stocked. Would absolutely stay there again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Kulalani 704 At Mauna Lani Resort. The condo is equipped and stocked with everything we may have needed. We were very much impressed by the kitchen which had everything we could think of, including even air fryer, salad spinner, food thermometer, etc. Same is true for the beach equipment. The condo itself is very spacious, lots of natural light in every room. Bathroom and closet area in master suite is incredible. Everything in the condo was squeaky clean. It was also great to be able to use a garage.

We found 704 Kulalani to be excellent. It was exactly what we were looking for in the exact right location. The property is well maintained with two great pools, two hot tubs, and solid gym. The condo itself was clean, very comfortable, well outfitted, and quiet. The property manager was very friendly and proactive. We had high expectations for the unit going in and all were met or exceeded.

Words cannot begin to explain this beautiful condo. It was absolutely stunning and every need we could have had was provided for upon arrival. Directions, suggestions, essentials, and TONS of extras were all there. Walking in for the first time, we knew instantly that our stay would not be long enough. We really hope to return and stay for a longer period of relaxation. Thank you for all of the personal touches and for sharing your amazing home.
My husband and I had a fantastic 8 days on the Big Island staying at Kulalani 704. This was our third time staying in the Mauna Lani development, and this property was our favorite - very clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and well-equipped.
